At Fellows, we understand the importance of efficient and effective management of Unexploded Ordnance (UXO). Despite there currently being no specific legislation in the UK that calls for UXO risk assessment, the potential impact of encountering UXO can be far reaching. 

There are, however, multiple regulations that require consideration of the risk that possible UXO may pose. These include:

  • Health and Safety at Work act 1974

  • Construction (design and management) regulations 2015
