Carl Parnell Operations Manager

Carl (Taff) is an Ex Royal Engineer and has worked in the UXO industry for over twenty-six years. His experience encompasses: project management, trials, support of Explosive Ordnance Disposal and search projects. fielding of Explosive Ordnance Disposal/Search Capabilities into service, conducting briefings and demonstrations to the field army and key stakeholders of equipment, planned and quality assured numerous effective training support to worldwide deployments, operations, and UK commitments for the Home Office, preparing, coordinating and instructing on numerous training and career development courses for internal and external personnel including foreign nationals. Carl has supervised and applied practical skills in demanding, challenging, and varied environments worldwide and commanded teams stood at high readiness to counter both the threat from domestic CBRN attack and Maritime Terrorism. This has involved working in several different countries including Afghanistan, Iraq, Mali, Somalia, Italy, France, Jersey and the UK mainland.
